1. Eligibility for Refund:

2. Process for Refund:
  • A validation process is conducted before the commencement of any project to assess eligibility for refunds. This includes document verification, risk assessment, project planning, and budget planning.
  • Refunds for project implementation costs are considered only after an independent evaluation proves an error made by the service provider that cannot be rectified.
3. Recurring Billing Services:
  • For services with recurring billing, the most recent payment can be refunded if requested.
  • Cancellation of a recurring service will stop future payments but does not generate an automatic refund.
4. Cancellation Policy:
  • Customers can cancel a service with a recurring billing subscription at any time, which stops future payments but does not necessarily result in a refund unless specific conditions are met.
5. Abuse of Policy:
  • Customers requesting repeated refunds may be restricted from accessing further services, and those violating terms of service may have their right to refunds revoked.
